About Me

Tilia Udelhoven is a former professional track athlete with the German national team. With an education in medicine, sports science, and change management, she is currently pursuing her PhD at the Institute of Cardiology & Sports Medicine at the German Sports University.

Since 2018, the 33-year-old has been delivering lectures for the National Anti-Doping Agency, educational institutions, and international sports organizations. Having lived and worked abroad, Tilia Udelhoven is fluent in French and English, with German as her native language.

She is known for her positive, charismatic presence, with which she conveys exciting and easy-to-understand scientifically based topics.
